1 Warranty Coverage

• Manufacturer Warranty: Covers manufacturing defects; claimed directly from the brand's service centre.
• Seller Warranty: Provided by the supplier; contact the supplier for claims.

2 How to Claim Warranty

• Check the warranty card or product listing for warranty duration and terms.
• Contact the supplier directly through your order page for seller warranty.
• For manufacturer warranty, visit the brand's authorised service centre with your invoice.
• If you face difficulty, email us at support@searchmartindia.com and we will assist.

3 Warranty Exclusions

Warranty is generally void in the following cases:

• Physical damage caused by the user (drops, spills, misuse)
• Unauthorised repairs or modifications
• Normal wear and tear
• Products without original serial number or tampered packaging

4 Search Mart India's Role

We act as a mediator. If a supplier fails to honour a valid warranty claim, you may escalate to us and we will take appropriate action, which may include suspension of the supplier's account.
